You can find the newest post on a given forum by clicking on the New Post link above.
Look to the right @ Forum Jump drop down box
Pick the forum you'd like to check for New Post
Press the Go button and the newest post for that forum will appear!
You need to do this for each section/forum on the board.
You can also simply scroll the forum and check out the individual sections!
