Yes, it really does exist. But, for me, it doesn't happen very often. I can usually float for a while after, but, if I didn't get to completely release all the energy that I wanted to, then I seem to feel it more. Kind of like getting "blue balls", LOL. Happy to have had the experience, but frustrated that it went no further.

Ok, now I would never be a smart ass or anything(te hee) but have you gotten the Dom drop because you have balls and they (the balls) didn't go further?
What do you think the Dom drop is exactly?

To me, it is the mental disappointment in not having been able to allow my sadistic side to exercise itself as much as I had anticipated.

It is a very rare occassion for me, but I think I have experienced what I think most would call Dom drop. But then again, I may not know what most consider Dom drop to be.
