God, a queer kink jamboree would rock my universe. I have this vision of uniforms, merit badges, community service projects, outdoor outings, as well as a kink play community made up of queer kinky, outdoorsy dorks.

We could like...plant some trees to offset the canes, paddles etc that we get to use later...

Plus, the uniforms would be hot.
