A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required on Bed and Bondage rentals made payable via check or credit card. Bookings made with cash deposit can be made on any 1763 night.

Cancellations outside of 7 days will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation without notice could result in full room charges, PLEASE cancel if you are not coming!

Hourly Dungeon Rentals

We offer hourly dungeon rentals with a 2 hour minimum.

Hourly dungeon rentals are $175.00 for the first 2 hours and $75.00 per hour after the first. The hourly dungeon rental includes rental of a private dungeon. Access to other dungeons or the medical room require advance notice.

Full Building Rentals

1763 is available for full and half building rentals. All building rentals require a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 when booking is made. An additional payment of 1/2 the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event and full payment is payable and due at time of event.

Individual meeting rooms begin at $50.00 per hour.

Photography Rentals

1763 is available for photo shoots, video shoots, movie production and full building rental

Photography rental rates begin at $85 per hour.
